A Fiesta From Afar: Kain Tayo! Day 1 FRIDAY, 5.29.2020

Day one of the virtual fiesta will be filled with local DJ's from Washington State.  Join us on day two of the fiesta, for a Pagkain at Kuwento (Food and a Story) Panel, a chef showdown and a performance on Saturday, May 30, 2020.  Make sure to register for this event.  

A Fiesta From Afar: Kain Tayo! is a virtual Festival for the Tacoma community to replicate a Fiesta in the Philippines through food, art, games, music and Filipino traditions. 

Our Mission: 

To center and amplify Filipino voices, vision and creativity by hosting an event that invites the Tacoma community at-large to engage and learn more about the Philippines, and more specifically, the Filipino-American experience. Through this event, we hope to create a platform where Fil-Ams can congregate, connect and build lasting relationships in a fun, friendly environment.
