LCSC French Fall Favorites

Fall is here and with fall comes great ingredients. In this 3 hour class, you will learn how to cook from a professional chef in a fun workshop setting. Chef Jan will teach ways to dazzle your guests/family by giving tips on presentation and how to coax the flavor in food to reach its full potential. The class will start out with a demo from Chef Jan and proceed to cooking hands on. The reward for taking the class is wrapping up with a lunch the whole class prepared. The food is inspired by the fall and will warm you from the inside out.
