Chef Jan and Alegre Bakery & Gelato have partnered up to bring you an exciting baking experience in this 3-hour tropical macaron course. In this class, you will learn how to follow each crucial step with creating this Parisian cookie, from making the batter, to baking, creating an Italian Buttercream, and piping for the finishing touch. Each student will take home 1 dozen macarons and receive a digital copy of the recipes.
Sample Macaron Menu: Ube, Mango, Coconut & Macadamia Nut, Passionfruit & Guava
This class will include a glass of wine or hot beverage.
Must be 21+
