About Chef Miquel
Chef Miquel hails from Bremerton, Washington. Miquel grew up with his mother, learning about his families African American culture through food. This food is known today as Southern comfort food. Miquel is passionate about this cuisine and wants people to experience the food he learned to cook at a young age.
