Service Description
In this 1 hour and 30 min class, you will learn how to make Chef Jan's Beef and Mushroom Family Lumpia Recipe & Lumpia Sariwa (fresh) w/ Seasonal Vegetables. All of these lumpia are amazing, but the Lumpia Sariwa is quite unique. We will learn how to make the crepe like batter and fill this lumpia with seasonal vegetables. Learn how to fry the lumpia and store them in the freezer for later snacks. This class is a workshop style class, where Chef Jan will demo the Lumpia, then it will be time for hands on learnng and fun! Cooking will be done in groups. Remember to bring a hair tie and an apron.
